Tara Still, MBA, LSSGB

Owner/President

 Tara brings a unique combination of grassroots experience and advanced education to her leadership role. Her journey with the company began in high school, where she learned the business from the ground up by serving in various roles across all aspects of operations.

Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida, followed by an MBA with a focus on Business Management. Her commitment to continuous improvement led her back to USF to earn her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, reflecting her dedication to operational excellence and efficiency.  Tara is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt who brings a structured, data-driven approach to helping businesses run leaner and smarter. Whether a business is looking to tighten up operations or just get more out of what it already has, Tara can help.

Throughout her diverse career spanning the for-profit sector, higher education, and non-profit organizations, Tara has maintained a lifelong passion for helping others in whatever capacity possible. Her extensive cross-sector experience has equipped her with a unique skill set that enables her to see the big picture while supporting all team members to function as efficient, collaborative professionals. Under her leadership, Tara brings both strategic vision and hands-on understanding to drive Accountable Management's mission of exceptional client service.

Sarah Dyal

Controller

Sarah is a highly skilled accounting professional who quickly became a valuable member of the Accountable Management family through her exceptional knowledge and talent. With seven years of experience as a tax accountant and a Master's degree in Accounting, she brings comprehensive expertise in financial analysis and reporting.

Prior to joining Accountable Management, Sarah specialized in managing and analyzing complex data to ensure accurate presentation from general ledger to financial statements across diverse organization types. Her extensive background in tax accounting, combined with her advanced education, provides a strong foundation for delivering precise financial solutions and strategic insights.

Sarah's proven ability to adapt quickly and contribute meaningfully to teams, along with her deep understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation, makes her an invaluable asset in today's dynamic business environment.

Gabrielle Boger

Bookkeeper 

Gabby's bookkeeping career began immediately after high school, working in her family's business, where she developed a strong foundation in financial management and administrative operations. Over the years, she has gained bookkeeping experience across a variety of industries, including entertainment, trucking, and fixture manufacturing, giving her a well-rounded understanding of diverse business operations and financial needs.

Gabby is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependability. She takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks efficiently, and helping businesses stay organized and informed. Her commitment to accuracy and consistency allows business owners and managers to focus on growth while having confidence in their financial information.

With a practical, hands-on approach and years of industry experience, Gabby is dedicated to providing reliable bookkeeping support that contributes to the success and stability of every organization she serves.

Travis Lawhorne

  

Travis brings more than 30 years of leadership, sales, operations, and real estate-related experience to Accountable Management & Realty.  Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and creating long-term value for property owners and businesses alike.

As a business owner for 18 years, Travis successfully built, operated, and ultimately sold a highly regarded portfolio of self-storage properties.  This hands-on experience provided him with a deep understanding of property operations, tenant relations, leasing, asset management, and the importance of maximizing occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service.

His extensive background includes executive leadership roles as an owner, operator, Director of Operations, senior sales leader, and Vice President within the self-storage and real estate industries.  Travis has a proven track record of helping organizations grow through strategic planning, operational excellence, and relationship-driven business development.

For more than 19 years, Travis has served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Self Storage Association, working alongside industry leaders to promote best practices, advocacy, and professional development throughout the industry.  His longstanding involvement reflects his commitment to stewardship, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

A U.S. Army and Army National Guard veteran, Travis leads with the values of integrity, accountability, discipline, and service. He believes lasting success is built on trust, clear communication, and consistently putting clients' needs first.

Claudia Caceres

Tenant Service Coordinator

Claudia joined Accountable Management with a strong background in client care across multiple fields. A graduate of the University of South Florida, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2016 and is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Project Management.

Her professional experience spans healthcare and client-facing roles, where she developed a reputation for building strong relationships, problem-solving, and ensuring clients receive thoughtful and attentive service, skills she now brings to her role supporting tenants and clients at Accountable Management.

Bryan Maurhoff

 Service Manager

Bryan serves as our dedicated service manager, bringing reliability and expertise to every repair and maintenance task across our portfolio of properties. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards, Bryan ensures that our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for all residents and visitors.

His hands-on approach and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable member of our team. Whether addressing routine maintenance requests, conducting preventive care, or handling emergency repairs, Bryan approaches each job with professionalism and efficiency. His extensive knowledge of building systems, from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and general repairs, allows him to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

Bryan takes pride in creating comfortable working environments for our community. His dedication to quality workmanship and responsive service helps ensure that our properties continue to meet the needs of everyone.
