Tara Still, MBA, LSSGB

Owner/President

 Tara brings a unique combination of grassroots experience and advanced education to her leadership role. Her journey with the company began in high school, where she learned the business from the ground up by serving in various roles across all aspects of operations.

Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida, followed by an MBA with a focus on Business Management. Her commitment to continuous improvement led her back to USF to earn her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, reflecting her dedication to operational excellence and efficiency.

Throughout her diverse career spanning the for-profit sector, higher education, and non-profit organizations, Tara has maintained a lifelong passion for helping others in whatever capacity possible. Her extensive cross-sector experience has equipped her with a unique skill set that enables her to see the big picture while supporting all team members to function as efficient, collaborative professionals. Under her leadership, Tara brings both strategic vision and hands-on understanding to drive Accountable Management's mission of exceptional client service.

Janet Landry

        Service Administrator

Janet is a seasoned property management professional with over thirty years of dedicated service at Accountable Management, joining the team in 1990 as a self-storage manager alongside her husband. Throughout her impressive tenure, she has demonstrated exceptional versatility and leadership across multiple roles including general management, traveling site inspector, and marketing director.

In recent years, Janet has evolved into her current role as service manager for client properties, where she oversees tenant relations and ensures optimal property performance. Her deep understanding of property operations and commitment to tenant satisfaction makes her integral to the success of the properties under her management. Janet's ability to maintain positive tenant relationships while addressing operational challenges has become a cornerstone of Accountable Management's client service excellence.

When time permits, Janet also contributes to office administration and billing functions, showcasing her adaptability and comprehensive knowledge of business operations. Her three decades of experience and multi-faceted expertise make her an invaluable asset to both the Accountable Management team and the clients they serve.
 

Sarah Dyal

Accountant 

Sarah is a highly skilled accounting professional who quickly became a valuable member of the Accountable Management family through her exceptional knowledge and talent. With seven years of experience as a tax accountant and a Master's degree in Accounting, she brings comprehensive expertise in financial analysis and reporting.

Prior to joining Accountable Management, Sarah specialized in managing and analyzing complex data to ensure accurate presentation from general ledger to financial statements across diverse organization types. Her extensive background in tax accounting, combined with her advanced education, provides a strong foundation for delivering precise financial solutions and strategic insights.

Sarah's proven ability to adapt quickly and contribute meaningfully to teams, along with her deep understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation, makes her an invaluable asset in today's dynamic business environment.

Erica LoGuercio

 Tenant Services Coordinator

Erica is an experienced finance and property management professional with a proven track record in accounting, operations, and team leadership. She specializes in financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, and general ledger management using QuickBooks and Yardi software systems.

Erica brings strong managerial aptitude with hands-on experience in hiring, training, and supervising teams while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. Combining comprehensive accounting expertise—from accounts payable and receivable to journal entries and bank reconciliation—with property management skills including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations.

A self-motivated leader with extensive experience in office management, customer service, and administrative operations. Erica is proficient in Microsoft Office suite and various accounting software platforms, with a keen eye for data accuracy and process improvement. Erica delivers exceptional results through efficient invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor management.

Bryan Maurhoff

 Service Manager

Bryan serves as our dedicated service manager, bringing reliability and expertise to every repair and maintenance task across our portfolio of properties. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards, Bryan ensures that our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for all residents and visitors.

His hands-on approach and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable member of our team. Whether addressing routine maintenance requests, conducting preventive care, or handling emergency repairs, Bryan approaches each job with professionalism and efficiency. His extensive knowledge of building systems, from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and general repairs, allows him to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

Bryan takes pride in creating comfortable working environments for our community. His dedication to quality workmanship and responsive service helps ensure that our properties continue to meet the needs of everyone.
