Tara began working at Accountable Management while she was in high school, she served in a variety of roles, learning all aspects of the business. Tara attended USF and obtained a bachelor's degree in Social Work. She then received an MBA with a focus on Business Management. Several years later she returned to USF to get her lean six sigma green belt certification. Throughout her career Tara has worked in the for-profit sector, higher education and non-profit sector. It has been her life-long passion to help others in whatever capacity she can. Wherever Tara calls home she brings a unique set of skills that allows her to see the big picture and support all roles to be efficient team players.

Janet joined the Accountable Management team in 1990 as a self-storage manager along with her husband. Over her thirty plus years, she has exceled in many positions including general management, travelling site inspector, and marketing director. Over the past several years, Janet has evolved into a new position as the service manager fo
Janet joined the Accountable Management team in 1990 as a self-storage manager along with her husband. Over her thirty plus years, she has exceled in many positions including general management, travelling site inspector, and marketing director. Over the past several years, Janet has evolved into a new position as the service manager for our clients’ properties as well as tenant relations. In this capacity, she is integral to the success of those properties, and keeping the tenants happy. When time allows, Janet also helps with office responsibilities, and billing.

Sarah very quickly became a valuable member of the Accountable Management family and is extremely knowledgeable and talented. Prior to joining the Accountable Management team, Sarah worked as a tax accountant where she managed and analyzed data to ensure proper presentation from the general ledger to financial statements for a variety of organization types. As a prior tax accountant of seven years, with a master's in accounting, Sarah brings an entirely different skillset to our team.
